I stayed at this hotel recently and had a great experience. The location is perfect for those who love shopping, as it is close to many factory outlets and shopping places. It is nice to be away from the noise of the city, but still have easy access to all the shopping options. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. I also enjoyed the amenities such as the sauna and swimming pool. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

There is really nothing negative to say about this place. I would highly recommend it to everyone.

Room very clean and confort.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good and staff was very friendly. Although the business centre was a desk with one computer, use was free.

Although they were very friendly, staffs English was the worst of all 4 and 5 star hotels i've been on my trip (quite a lot).

The hotel was situated away from the city noise but not too far away from the city shopping. The room was spacious and clean, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was diverse, changing every day.

All was perfect.

Breakfast spread was good & for us Muslim it's Halal ! Rooms are big & provides nice comfortable sofa. Check-in guest reception staffs & other hotels staff are polite ,helpful & very friendly ! Keep up to good standards.

Our only disappointments :- 1) We bked 3 Rms despite request all family in same level but during check-in we are being separated to different towers block. & process of check in takes quite long . 2) We appreciate your kind service airport shuttle pick us @Airport during arrival but strange things during booking there is no confirmation mentioned for free shuttle pick up so I cal in Booked.net hotline a guy answer & told me there is a fees chargeable . So, how can ur hotel improve on tis communications.? Because of tis issues I managed separate arrangement also there is a dupe pick up. But overall our 2 nites stays was wonderful indeed!

Friendly hotel staff but they should be more prepared to have a conversation in english

I've read a comment before I booked this hotel,its regarding transportations such as local taxi or hotel limo.we was waiting for taxi nearly half an hour. The fitness equipments is also very few. Should put a couple of cross trainer and couple of treadmills.

The room was spacious and perfect for a romantic escape. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. We enjoyed the beautiful surroundings and the key location that made it easy to enjoy the local attractions.

The hotel is in desperate need of a refurbishment. This detracted from the overall experience and made it difficult to relax in the room.

Far from factory outlets... Not walking distance staffs cheat us by calling expensive taxi

Our room is spacious and clean. We asked for rooms with connecting door and we got what we asked for. The staffs at the reception can't communicate in English well but they still tried their very best to help. There is a supermarket next to the hotel and u can get everything there. The hotel provides free shuttle service to Jalan Cihempelas, Jalan Dago, Jala Riau and Pasar Baru, please ensure u book from the hotel reception one day in advance for the free shuttle service. The hotel also provides transportation arrangement to airport at idr50,000 per trip which is very reasonable. On the day we checked out, we wanted to have our last lunch and last minute shopping at Rumah Mode but it was raining heavily. The hotel staff was kind enough to send us to Rumah Mode without any charge. I will definitely go back to Grand Seriti again in my next trip.

During my city trip, I appreciated the spacious room and the clean bedsheets provided. the location was convenient as it was close to several attractions and restaurants. the breakfast offered a variety of options.

The hotel lacked proper maintenance as the room had multiple issues such as a broken doorbell, a leaking ceiling, and old furniture. the staff were not attentive and the internet connection was poor.

The hotel is clean,friendly staff,close to fashion mode,etc. The room is nice and comfort. We'll stay again in this hotel if we go to Lembang

Friendly staff, helpful front desk officer, free shuttle ride, convenient location near Rumah Mode and restaurants, nice upgrade from Deluxe to Grand Deluxe room.

Eventhough the location od the hotel is quite difficult, for me, but it has many leisure. The fresh air and the viewside are very interesting. My family is also feel comfortable when we stay there. Hope, I'll stay at this hotel again, once I go to Bandung.

Its a boutique hotel which cater for traveller which means the hotel will not be congested with too many people other that the guest. Realatively small hotel and able to provide attentiveness to itas guest. Speedy check in and check out. I would appreciate that the hotel to provide more frequent shuttle services foer shopping purposes to the fav shopping zone.

The room aura can be improved with brighter color and more decor to reflect the boutique feature of the hotel. Additional details such as magazines related to bandung tour or shopping guide would cheer the guest and of course more free littel things such as teh botol or basket of fruit will be nice gesture.
